Partner/Seller Terms

These terms apply to everyone who sells or provides services through BYONA.

Listings

  • Keep prices, stock and descriptions accurate and up to date.
  • Only list genuine, legal products and services you can supply.

Orders & delivery

  • Confirm and prepare orders promptly.
  • Honour valid returns and refunds under the Returns policy.

Payments & fees

  • Payouts are made after orders are completed. Any commission is agreed before activation.

Verification

  • BYONA may ask for ID, business registration or location proof, and may suspend partners who mislead customers.
