By using BYONA you agree to these terms.

Using BYONA

  • BYONA connects buyers with independent shops, suppliers, riders and service providers.
  • You must give accurate contact details and keep your password private.

Orders

  • Each order is a contract between you and the shop or provider. BYONA helps with payment, delivery and support.
  • Prices and stock are set by sellers and may change.

Conduct

  • No fraud, abuse, illegal goods or misuse of other users' information.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

  • BYONA is not responsible for goods or services beyond what Ugandan law requires, but we help resolve disputes fairly.
