Ways to pay

  • Mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and card online.
  • Cash on delivery where the shop allows it.

What you pay

  • Item prices, delivery fee (if a rider is chosen) and a small service fee — all shown on the summary.

Problems paying

  • Pending payments can take a few minutes to confirm.
  • Never share your mobile money PIN with anyone, including riders or BYONA staff.
  • If money left your account but the order is unpaid after 30 minutes, contact support.
